May 02, 2026"This place is good for take out . It has a few table outside to eat but it’s not really comfortable. Take out or delivery. The burger it’s so yummy , nice smoky flavor. I orden cheese burger with bacon one of the best burger I ever had."

Apr 02, 2026"Hemos ido a comer en el local. Nos han atendido maravillosamente las dos personas que estaban hoy en el local. Para comer allí hay una pequeña barra, algo justa pero te apaña para comer. Hemos comido una hamburguesa trufada y otra con aguacate. ¡Las dos estaban espectaculares! Las patatas también estaban muy buenas. Recomiendo estas hamburguesas! Nos han encantado"

Mar 12, 2026"Esta reseña es para agradecer a todo el equipo de Vicio Terrassa por su atención y ayuda. Compramos mucho en este restaurante a través de la empresa Globo, lamentablemente fuimos víctimas de una estafa por parte del repartidor de Globo, al entregarnos el pedido dijo que no estabamos en casa (que si estabamos) y automaticamente cancelo el pedido, por lo que se quedaron el dinero y el pedido. Fui de immediato al restaurante Vicio y todo el equipo me ayudo muchisimo a intentar sucionar el problema. Llamaron al repartidor, el contesto y dijo que volvia al establecimiento a entregar el pedido però nadie vino y ya no volvio a coger el telefono. El departamento de att al cliente de Globo me reemolso el importe del pedido en la cartera de vicio (no en mi cuenta) por lo que seguia sin la cena, habiendo ido al establecimiento cuando habia pagado gastos de envio, en fin. Todos los trabajadores de Vicio fueron super amables, serviciales, estaban preocupados por la situación y buscaban como ayudarme, un 10! Finalmente compre de nuevo un pedido y me lo prepararon super rapido, un encanto! Muchas gracias a todos"

Lo único a mejorar es el servicio de delivery: a veces se confunden con los pedidos o, si haces el pedido después de las 22:00, suelen cancelarlo. Supongo que es por falta de repartidores. Fuera de eso, todo es excelente."
